As in the past few years, ICML 2005 will rely heavily on electronic formats for submission and review. We assume all authors will have access to standard software for word processing, electronic mail, and ftp file transfer. Authors who do not have such access should send email with their concerns to proceedings@icml2005.ais.fraunhofer.de
